Terms of Service

1. Service description

Taskos is a neural network of AI agents: several models (Claude, GPT-5, DeepSeek, potentially others) collaborate to execute tasks described in natural language. The system produces files, text, or information as output, which can be downloaded.

2. Beta phase

• The service may experience interruptions, unresolved bugs, or temporary instability.
• Features, pricing, and terms of use may change without notice during this phase.
• Mindora Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature during Beta.
• The automatic refund commitment for internal technical failures remains in force during Beta (see section 6 — Refunds).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Taskos. By signing up you expressly declare that age. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor under 16 we will delete it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the service from your jurisdiction is legal.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for any use made of your credentials, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access by writing to mindora.data@gmail.com.

You can delete your account at any time from /account/delete.

5. Pricing and payment

Taskos operates on a pay-per-task model. The price is computed dynamically before executing the task per a public three-tier formula:

• Simple (estimated cost < €1.00) — gross margin ~30 %.
• Medium (€1.00 – €5.00) — margin ~25 %.
• Complex (> €5.00) — margin ~20 %.

A minimum price of €0.55 applies. Before confirming the task you see the exact price and may cancel at no charge. New users receive an initial allowance of free welcome tasks.

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details; they flow directly from your browser to Stripe.

6. Refunds

• If the system fails to deliver due to an internal failure (agent rejection, retries exhausted, pipeline crash), the refund is automatic: the Stripe hold is cancelled before being charged.
• A completed and delivered task (with a downloadable result) is not refundable except in exceptional, duly justified cases. Write to mindora.data@gmail.com with the details.

7. Prohibited uses

It is expressly prohibited to use Taskos for:

• Any activity that is illegal under Spanish law or your own jurisdiction.
• Generating deepfakes or manipulated content that impersonates a real person without their explicit consent.
• Generating mass disinformation, deceptive political propaganda, or deliberately false content aimed at influencing democratic processes.
• Generating, distributing, or facilitating abuse of minors (including CSAM material), explicit violence against specific individuals, or operational instructions for terrorist attacks, NBC weapons, or offensive hacking.
• Mass spam, phishing, automated malware generation, or content infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Circumventing Taskos's safety mechanisms (including task review, price caps, or anti-abuse systems).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these uses, without refund for tasks already charged.

8. Intellectual property

The files and content Taskos generates for you are your property. We do not claim copyright or commercial rights over your outputs. You may use them freely (within the Prohibited Uses above).

The "Taskos" brand, the service code, and its infrastructure are the property of the data controller. The service uses third-party models subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Taskos is provided "as is". AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate results. It is your responsibility to review the output before relying on it in production, especially when it drives decisions with economic, legal, or safety impact.

To the extent permitted by Spanish law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss caused by your own use, or the behaviour of third-party providers outside our control. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the total amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of Taskos in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable advance notice when possible.

If we change these Terms materially we will show a banner on the site and update the effective date. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance of the new version.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from /account/delete.

We may terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, notifying you with reasonable advance notice except in cases of operational urgency or legal requirement.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of Taskos will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, unless consumer regulations establish another mandatory forum in your favour.
